Book Presentation
- June 10, 2020
Today I would like to present the printed version of my book. I would like to invite everyone to read it and understand the benefit of meditation.
This book is the book for our moment and for the future. In this book, I explain step by step spirituality and religion. And I answer the questions that a lot of people are asking themselves through their faith in some religion or through different types of spiritual practices. In the book, I talk about Nichiren Daishonin Buddhism, and I talk about the meaning of Nam-Myoho-Renge-Kyo and about the benefit of meditating with this mantra.
You can see that every enlightened person (Buddha Shakyamuni, Moses, Jesus, Mohammed, Nichiren Daishonin, etc.) that came to this world talked about meditation, which some people call prayer. So, there are different techniques of meditation and prayer. And every meditation and prayer come with its moment. It is like the day and the night. Every day has its time, from the morning till the evening. And then night comes, and then a new day comes. It is the same with meditation. Nowadays, we are in the moment of Nichiren Daishonin Buddhism. People need to meditate with his mantra, chant Nam-Myoho-Renge-Kyo. I have written this book because it has been ages that no one explained this to people. And I explain it now. I describe all these things in the book through my experiences as a Moslem who became Christian and then tried Hinduism, and now I am a Buddhist.

The book that provided answers for some of my lifelong questions
I often thought, "What generates good and evil?", or "Why cannot people live in harmony with themselves?"... After reading this book, part of my questions found answers. This book helped me build logical chains of human behavior. The book also helped me understand which way I should take in my spiritual development and what I should strive for. Special thanks for the simple and accessible concept of the essence of meditation.
